Yogalates
Yogalates is a combination of yoga and pilates, where you get the best of both worlds. Through simple exercises you will develop your strength, flexibility and stability which will contribute to a good posture and increase your body awareness.

With pop classics of the past and hits of the present at the background, you will do yoga and pilates exercises for your whole body that focus on effort and relaxation. A lot of attention is paid to strengthening your abdominal and back muscles and loosening your back. However, your arm and leg muscles are not forgotten. This class is very suitable for beginners, but is also popular with people who have experience with yoga. After this lesson you will feel rested and stronger.

Shamangi Kooistra
Shamangi started as an fitness instructor in 1996. Three years later she graduated from the Aerobics Fitness Netherlands institute and at the same time she did a course to become Body Power instructor. Between 2004 and 2015 she participated in several instructor courses like Power Yoga, Pilates and Extreme Core Training. Besides she widened her knowledge by experimenting with Tae Bo, Bodyshape, Zumba, Steps, Body Balance and Yoga.
Stella Kuijpers
Stella Kuijpers
Stella is a qualified dietician. She has years of experience in classical and modern ballet and started combining this with various forms of yoga. She likes to take people into her enjoyment of movement by combining fun music and flowing yoga postures during her classes.
Yana Mezeklieva
Yana Mezeklieva
Yana Mezeklieva grew up with ballet and contemporary dance. After years in the ballet studio, she also took up weight training and long-distance running, which deepened her love for diverse forms of movement. In her classes, she aims to create a safe space where everyone can move freely and take a break from their thoughts. Yana inspires her participants to integrate movement into their daily lives in a way that suits them. For her, movement is not only physical but also mentally essential, a vision she brings to every class.
Practical information
Wear comfortable sports clothing that allows for movement and don't forget to bring a bottle of water and a towel. Yogalates is practised in bare feet (but you can wear socks if you prefer to) so you do not need to bring gym shoes to the lessons. Bring an extra sweater or cardigan so you don't cool off during the last part of the lesson.
